General recommendations: Rest, keep hydrated to prevent dehydration and flush out toxins, avoid solids foods until fever breaks, never give asprin to a child with a fever. Vitamin C, probiotics, bone broth are all good options for a sick child.

Books
- Reading in my Prescription for Nutritional Healing book: vitamin A is recommended. It says "Essential in immune system function. Needed to fight infection and to strengthen the immune system. Emulsion form is recommended because it enters the system more quickly". Vitamin C is also recommended. If you use juice, give her a little apple, orange or grape to sip on in small portions as too much will cause diarrhea. If you have liquid echinacea you can use that instead of juice as it has lots of vitamin c (elderberry syrup is high in vitamin c and a).
