This is a list compiled from several sources and people.
I will list in alphabetical order, share what the item is good for, and any other properties or notes to be made will be listed after.
- Activated Charcoal. Good for taking when you have a stomach bug, good for detoxing, also good to take if you suspect food poisoning. Can be used to alleviate gas, helpful when dealing with acne and other skin issues. Can be mixed into a paste and used weekly on your teeth.
- Apple Cider Vinegar, Raw. Acid reflux relief, heartburn relief, can be applied to warts, good for ridding the immune system of sickness.
- Baking Soda. Used to make pastes for bug bite relief.
- Bentonite Clay. Good for detoxing. Can be applied to bug bites, infected areas, use in remineralizing toothpaste, added to bath water, as a face mask.
- Bone Broth. Helpful in boosting the immune system and helping fight illness such as common colds and the flu.
- Chamomilla Homeopathics. Promotes sleep, good for relaxation, can help with colic and anxiety, is a pain reliever, and can gently support the immune system.
- Cranberry Extract Pills. A go-to for UTI/Bladder Infection/Kidney Infection.
- Coconut Oil. Great for applying to skin for rashes, over small cuts and scrapes as a barrier to keep germs and dirt out. Can also be taking internally for stomach bugs, and ridding the body of parasites.
- Colloidal Silver. A natural antibiotic. Can be applied topically or taken internally.
- Dead Sea Salts.
- Ecinachea Tincture. A great source of Vitamin C. Boosts the immune system if exposed to illness and helps fight illness if you have it.
- Elderberry Syrup. Great preventative of illness. High in Vitamins C & A.
- Epsom Salts. A good for magnesium absorption and good for detoxing. Essential oils can be added to them for baths as well.
- Essential Oils. There are so many that a good but main ones to consider would be: Frankincense (good for everything, migraine relief, pain relief and as a first layer to inhance other oils), Lavender (calming, mild pain relief), Melaleuca (good for illness and preventing illness), Citrus Oils such as Orange or Lemon (disinfectant), Clove (mouth wellness). - Essential Oil Diffuser. Good for aromatherapy. Breathing in oils is the best way to use them.
- Fermented Cod Liver Oil. A probiotic, also good for gut health.
- Fermented Foods. Kombucha, Sauerkraut, Water or Milk Kefir. (We have a seperate file on these.)
- Fresh Pineapple Juice. Good to use as a natural cough syrup.
- Garlic Ear Oil. For ear infections and ear aches.
- Herbal Cough Drops. For coughs and sore throat relief.
- Herbal Teas. Suggested teas: Chamomile (calming, relaxing, good for tummy tstomach, colic and gas relief), Ginger (settles stomach), Green Tea (antidioxiant, detoxing), Fennel (settles stomach, gas and cholic relief, good for boosting breastmilk supply), Nettle (extremely nourishing and over aand general tonic to all the systes), Raspberry Leaf (hormonal support & regulation, PMS, cramping relief, pregnancy support, uterine tonic), peppermint.
